Call recording

You can record all calls or selectively. Start by activating Call recording at app.sonetel.com.

Call recording can be activated in the following ways:

  • All calls
    All inbound and outbound calls are recorded.
  • Inbound
    All inbound calls are recorded.
  • Outbound only
    All outbound calls are recorded
  • Allowed
    Call recording can be activated selectively by phone number.
